The Hadean Aeon, a geological epoch that lasted from roughly 4.6 to 4 billion years ago, is when Earth originated.
One of the Hadean Eon’s distinguishing characteristics is the lack of substantial geological records. The harsh conditions on early Earth prevented the preservation of rocks or other items that could shed light on this period. However, evidence from ancient zircon crystals, among the oldest known materials on Earth, indicates that the globe had already begun to solidify by the end of the Hadean Eon.
